The day of arrival is charged as one full day. The day of departure is charged as one full day.
Boarding payment to be paid in full on arrival.
In the event of owner returning early, the full period booked will still be payable.
Minimum charge of 3 days stay.
50% charge if less than 7 days’ notice of cancellation given.
All viewings, arrivals and departures must be made during opening hours, or by appointment only.
Only cats from the same household may share a pen. We will separate cats who become unfriendly towards each other, the owner will become liable for any extra boarding costs.
All cats must be up to date with yearly vaccinations, feline infectious enteritis and cat flu.
An up to date vaccination record must accompany your cat on arrival.
Please ensure your cat is up to date with flea and worming treatment. If your cat is seen to be infested we will treat the cat at owner’s expense (£10 charge).
The administration of medication must be agreed prior to arrival – detailed dosage instructions must accompany your pet.
We must be notified of any changes with illness/medication on booking.
No cat suffering from, or suspected to be suffering from any infectious or contagious disease will be accepted into the cattery.
If your cat is on a special veterinary diet, it must be provided.
Un-neutered cats over 6 months of age will not be accepted.
In the event of a cat being abandoned at the cattery, every effort will be made to contact the owner. We will hold the cat for 10 days before rehoming.

If your pet does become ill during their stay we will endeavour to contact you or your emergency contact. If we are unable to contact you we will obtain veterinary treatment for your pet and proceed in your cats best interest. By signing these terms and conditions, you agree to have your pet treated by a vet and pay any veterinary costs your pet may incur.
We will do everything in our power to ensure the safety and well being of your cat in our care. In the unlikely event of your cat passing away, we will contact you immediately to discuss your wishes. We accept no liability in the unlikely event that this may happen.
